Another work whose title was drawn directly from Daniel Quinn in reference to the “the great forgetting” mentioned in his novel The Story of B. Rarely do I set out on an artwork to fulfill preconceived themes or meanings. Titles for artworks are always difficult for me. In this case it just seemed to fit.
